The XX coming to Slim's June 1 & 2

Wow, the XX is coming to Slim's. Their debut album might be the most memorizing one I have heard in years. It's very calming and your mind would just wonder off. Has anyone read "The lights go on for The xx" by Sasha Frere-Jones. I love their music, but am not sure if they are a good live band. Who wants to go? Tickets go on sale Sunday March 28.

The New Pornographers coming to the Fox

The show is on July 18, however, tickets go on pre-sale March 25, that's tomorrow. (password = uptown)
